Nancy R. Larsen

Founder, MSW, LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and therapist, I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are seeking change in their lives.

My expertise is working with individuals who struggle with OCD and Anxiety Disorders, and together, we have had great success in helping them find a new perspective regarding their struggle. Likewise, I enjoy helping individuals who struggle with depression, stress, pornography addiction, and interpersonal relationships.

With the use of evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, ERP, and Mindfulness techniques, individuals learn to gently and curiously recenter their lives based on what is most important to them. By doing so, these values become an anchor for them as they make changes toward self-improvement. It is humbling to witness their desire to live a value-centered life.

It takes great courage to seek professional help. I want you to know I strongly believe that each person has the ability to learn concepts and skills to enhance the way they interact with their various struggles.

If you have ever thought of coming to therapy, I invite you to start today. The therapeutic process is just that, a process; however, what can be gained from this process can be life-changing.

Lars Eggertson

Ph.D, LCSW

In recent years, I’ve witnessed a noticeable shift in our society—one that’s led to increased levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm for many individuals and families. Life can feel especially challenging during these times, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. I’m passionate about helping people navigate these struggles by teaching practical skills, offering evidence-based tools, and providing a safe space for healing and growth.

One of my core specialties is working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Whether trauma is recent or rooted in the past, its impact can show up as anxiety, fear, or even depression. My clinical experience also includes supporting individuals facing challenges such as OCD, behavioral addictions, general anxiety, and mood disorders.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. Regardless of age or background, I believe that truly understanding your unique story is the foundation for meaningful therapy. Sometimes, the goal is to overcome obstacles; other times, it’s learning how to live a fulfilling and joyful life even while facing ongoing challenges.

Let’s talk about your journey and explore what healing and success look like for you. Together, we can create a path toward your personal goals—mentally, emotionally, and beyond.
